What is your Return Policy?
GetFreshTowels.com accepts returns for our branded products for any reason for up to 30 days from the day the items ship. You are responsible for shipping your order back to us in order to receive a refund or exchange. Private label and custom order items are not returnable.
How do I return or exchange items from my order?
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at info@getfreshtowels.com or 1.866.515.1955 to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER! Be sure to include the name of your item, the reason for your return, your name and phone number, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Please also include your order number if you have it available.
